Something came out but I flushed it before I could look

I am 6weeks and 4 days. Lately I've have my fiancé on a no sex strike because I just had a missed miscarriage in October at 8wk n 3 days. Last night I finally give in to him n I told stupid to be very gentle (he didn't) but it wasn't rough or anything. Ok after I felt something coming down out of my vagina so I thought I was something else and I ignored it. Then I went to the bathroom to pee I wiped my self there was minimum spotting very little so sensed everything thing should be fine my natural reaction was to flush i did in the process I look the tissue is moving around and there it goes it was no pause button!!!! From what I did see it was a little light  pink ball that's all I can describe it as. I'm freaking out has this happened to anyone or do you guys no what it could have been ???????? HELP I SCHEDULE MY FIRST APPOINTMENT Monday so idk when I will see a doc just yet?????
