I'm six weeks along and had some very light, brown almost, spotting. Has anyone else had spotting before. This is my first pregnancy and I'm beyond terrified. I called the midwife and she is upping my first appointment to tomorrow. This only made me more nervous... Any insight would be wonderful. Thanks.
