Wedding Assistant-Physical Job
Yesterday was my first time working a wedding that was very well planned, but very physical. There was a lot of standing, an excessive amount of walking, carrying a soft ice chest of 10 water bottles for over 2 hours. I'm not used to this kind of work. I normally work at a desk job & workout (yoga/burlesque/Zumba) 3-5x per week. I didn't lift anything more than 15lbs.
I'm 8 1/2 weeks, I'm concerned I over did it. I feel hit by a bus today. My hips, lower back & legs ache so much. Anything I should look out for? I just can't stop thinking I overdid it.
