I'm trying to hold on to hope , but so hard. Everywhere I go now I see babies and baby stuff... It's like a bad break up , u hear that song on the radio or have that memory of the past. I just can't get away, my heart hurts. I'm going on month 5 TTC I bought Fertili tea and preseed which I'm gonna try for the first time. AF came 6 days early bc of stress.. Any techniques on staying calm ..?
