5 weeks bleeding and cramps 😫

I'm exactly5 weeks today and I started having cramps about an hour ago I got up to go to the bathroom and check my cervix and my 2 fingers were covered in red blood then I wiped and it was on the tissue. The cramps are on the left side only and when i went to the bathroom again it seems like a little bit more. My cervix still seems closed but I dont know what to do? Should I go to the emergency room or should I just wait and see if it gets heavy like a period???? I'm so upset i dont know what to do!please help me
