Benadryl

Okaa , so I know I'm allowed to take a benadryl when I can't sleep. And lately , I've been having sleeping issues. But I'm 38&6 , should I stop taking the benadryl just in case I go in labor ? Like will they mess with any meds I may get when I go in labor ? I'm really nervous ! Advice ?
