Timing contractions
So I was wondering how do yu time yur contractions??? I kno it may sound crazy but wit my first I was asleep en the pain woke me up but now I feel tightening en cramps but dnt wanna go to L&D if I dnt have to...which apps are yu guys using if yu are using them?
