Why am I lactating?

I have been spotting this entire month and I'm about to see a doctor but last month before I started spotting my nipples were leaking clear fluid, like soaking my bra. I'm not on birth control but I was for 5 years. Now, I have white dishcharge coming from my nipples like milk? But it can't be actual milk because I'm not pregnant nor ever had a baby so I don't know what this was about. I'm wondering if all this is normal for a 19 year old that's never been pregnant. So now I'm constantly bleeding out of my vagina and I'm lactating. On top of that very sad about all of if I wish I could just be normal. It sucks when you want to have sex but you're basically on your period 24/7. I feel gross.
