Eczema

Little rant but , i had a doctor when i was under 18 that would prescribe me this cream for my eczema . My eczema is seriously bad . But i turned 18 and it was a kid doctor . 18 and below . I dont know the name of it because it had a thousand different creams in it . It was made specifically for me. Well I dont have anymore , because my SO dog got into it and go dirt and shit all in it and ruined it . Can i call the doctor & ask him to write me a script even though he isn't my doctor anymore ? Is there anything that works well for someone that i could buy in the mean time? I currently don't have a primary doctor & i dont know anything about the cream. And no one does besides that doctor.
