When ttcing

Do you drink liquor on your fertile days? To help relax. OR do you avoid liquor altogether?

Personally, the minute I started TTC, I stopped drinking alcohol, limited my caffeine, started prenatals, etc. however, I wasn't a big drinker to begin with, and I'm a bit paranoid when it comes to that stuff haha. If you are positive that there is no way you are pregnant, and you think it might help you get pregnant, do what you feel will work best :) good luck!!!

I was on vacation and heavily drinking during my fertile window when I got pregnant. This was the same with most of my friends. I actually think relaxing helps with conceiving, live your life.

Ok so in all fairness I got pregnant on a full body of alcohol lol. It was on my birthday weekend. Went out and had quite a few to drink. So I don't know what to say. All I know is that I have plenty of dirty martinis in my system lol

I only drink maybe once every three months.  The last time I drank is the day I got pregnant.

I drank when I was ttc. But I would stop on the 2 weeks leading up to my next period- just in case I was pregnant. What I DID stop altogether while ttc was smoking bud.
