bbt
as soon as I woke up - didn't leave the bed or anything. If I take it now will it still be semi accurate? Or should I just skip it for today?

When did I ovulate? CD8 or CD16? Could I have ovulated twice? I started having sore nipples and dull cramping around CD16.
