How to report someone???

Question

OK what do you do about someone who is consistently obnoxious and rude, to EVERYONE except people who have almost the exact same view as them? I'm not talking crap or anything, but I'm seeing one person who's always looking for a fight. She even took the time to go back to something I posted 18 months ago just to comment on it and be antagonistic. I could block her,  but she's being this way to everyone. "This is controversy corner and I'm here to fight dammit!" A direct quote.  Is there anything that can be done? Genuinely curious. Not angry, just annoyed.

There's three dots in the corner of their comment. Click on it. Then when the prompt pulls up it will give you a few options. Choose report. Then it will ask you why. Then you choose why and they hide the comment from you

Sounds like someone is miserable so she needs to make everyone else feel the same. I honestly feel bad for those people. And there is karma... it's gonna hit when she least expects it. It's pathetic. Don't bother really. Who cares?  That's exactly the reaction she wants out of u. Just laugh at her and move on

Maybe report each of her comments as they happen? I'm not sure if you can report a person or just have to block them.
