Amelia Grace is a week old and 2 days. I was 37W4D pregnant when my water broke. About 5 Friday (1-22-16) evening I started feeling icky. Very uncomfortable in my back and nothing I did easied the pain. I started loosing my mucus plug Wednesday (1-20-16) woke up about 6 o'clock in Saturday (1-23-16) morning with horrible cramps in my belly I figured it was just Braxton hicks contractions. Until 3 hours later when the pain worsen. I rolled over to my left side because it seemed to help. About 30 minutes laying on my side it stopped helping so I rolled on my back, and that's when I felt a gush. I woke my husband and told him I think my water just broke. With pain increasing we took the 40 minutes PAINFUL ride to the hospital where they said "Yes! Its actual labor." My husband than called everyone to let them know it was baby time. At 4:29 p.m. I had my beautiful baby girl in my arms. She came into this world weighing 5lb 15oz and was 19 inches long. She was the most perfect thing I've ever seen. She took my husband and my heart from the moment I heard her crying! Shes absolutely perfect!
