Is this normal?

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and every night like clockwork since I've found out I'm pregnant (3weeks ago) I go to sleep and wake up with cramps at midnight and the real bad urge to use the toilet for a number two(tmi sorry!). Some nights a can go others I can't, I can't seem to sleep through the night without it happening should I be concerned?
