Metformin?!

Hey ladies I had a pelvic ultrasound today and bloodwork results from last weeks tests. Turns out my testosterone levels are really high preventing me from getting pregnant. She said my body has symptoms of PCOS but I don't actually have it. So tomorrow I start 500mg of Metformin.  Anybody else taking this and what are your thoughts on it? I'm kinda bummed😔

I am now up to 2000 mg again. I stopped taking it in 2012 due to horrible nausea and diarrheal. This time around is better I still get some nausea and diarrheal but not as bad. I take it all at dinner time. You have to play around with when works best. Before the meal, during the meal or after. Definitely take it the same time each day. I also keep anti diarrheals on hand just in case. The first time I went on it I lost over 60 pounds. Currently down 12 and a1c is also down a point.

I'm taking it. I'm getting really bad migraines and nausea from it

I have taken it for a year. The only thing that happens to me is diarrhea!! Only until my body gets use to it. I feel so much better when I take it!

O started a cupple days ago and nothing bad so far only drowsiness really the first time i took it it did make me horribly nauseous but it whent away in like 10 min
