Why are men such idiots?

I personally could chose worse words for them but I'll leave that alone. I just cannot understand why my partner is so insensitive & harsh when it comes to me. I'm pregnant for God's sake😵I've had an extremely rough pregnancy with severe hg, been hospitalized multiple times & still he comes down on me about the smallest things like the way I speak or if I forget to say thank u when he makes food, yelling at me accusing me of acting entitled. Well aren't I?😭😭😭
