How do I tell what my CM means?

So I know what CM is & how to check it. But how do I tell what it means? If it's sticky, or slippery etc. what does it all tell you?

Answer

The egg white is the most fertile while watery is the second most fertile. The textures of the two help the sperm get to the cervix. Creamy and thick CM are the least fertail as they block and prevent sperm from reaching the cervix.
