1st Trimester Fever

I work at a preschool in a class of 15 3 year olds. I catch EVERYTHING it seems and now have a fever. Any tips from mothers who had fevers first trimester with all the nasty symptoms that pregnancy gives? I've had four days of rest but go back to work tomorrow and nowhere near ready.
