Any other vegans on here?

So I am expecting my first baby and I was wondering if there are any other vegan ladies on here expecting babies? Before people start bashing me or asking me if I'm getting enough protein let me just assure you that I am. I am very healthy and very aware of what my baby needs. I am looking forward to bringing a child into the world following my cruelty free way of life 🌿🌿🌿

I'm mostly plants based. I've been eating eggs here and there, before that I was vegan. I found a lovley ob/gyn who is a big supported of a plant based diet herself which I'm so happy about.

I've been a vegetarian for 10 years and vegan off and on during that time. I found out I have a gluten allergy so I reincorporated eggs into my diet a few months back. Plant based babies!! Yay!!!!

I am considered a pollotarion. I eat mostly a plant based diet. I do not and will not eat dairy, but I do like cage free vegetarian fed eggs and antibiotic free chicken and wild fish. Other than occasional fish, chicken or eggs (which is not daily) I live a more plant based life. My prenatals I got at a health food store and they are plant based as well and have kept me from being constipated! :) I have vegan family members and I think it's perfectly fine it's best to do what you feel is right for YOUR body!
