Tmi picture!

Has anyone ever had this happen to them. Came home thinking I got my period out of no where this comes out, I've never had this before mins after taking a bath I'm still bleeding (won't stop). I get out of the shower and another small piece comes out followed by a small clear and red gooey. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? I've never had a heavy period. Also, I had been spotting brownish the last couples of days.
