High Risk pregnancy-excessive fluid

I'm 27w3d and today I found out I have an excessive amount of fluid in my uterus. It was at a 25 and it should be around 14 at this stage. I now am considered high risk and have to get a level 2 sonogram with a risk specialist at the hospital tomorrow...anyone else experiencing this? It can potentially cause preterm labor and issues for the baby...I'm really upset about it and there's nothing I can do to prevent it
