After Provera

I finished up a 10 day cycle of Provera on Jan. 14th. I started my period on January 20th. It is now cycle day 14 and I'm still bleeding and passing clots. I had blood work done and it was good. I also talked to my ob/gyn's nurse and they don't want to give me estrogen to stop the bleeding due to my history of blood clots. Has anyone had a super long period after Provera? I'm just terrified that I'm not going to ovulate at all. I took the Provera to try to get my cycles regular, but I just feel like this has made it worse.
