Moms that had bv during pregnancy help!!!!

I have had chronic bv since I was 16, I am now 22 and I am 13 weeks pregnant and my dr said it looks as though I have bv when she did my pap and culture but the next week she said it came back normal?? I know what bv feels like and I know I have it. Can any moms that had bv during pregnancy tell me their experiences? Did you treat it? And with what method? Any complications? Please help me make a decision that's best for my baby. Thanks!
