Fioricet and Pregnancy

Ever since I was really young, I've always had terrible migraines, however, they've gotten increasingly worse ever since I got pregnant (I'm 14 weeks). I am having migraines or some form of severe headache (mostly sinus) literally EVERY DAY. It has gotten to where tylenol just doesn't help. At all. Not even a little.. They are so bad that I just stay home and lay in bed in complete darkness and silence. (Keep in mind I am a senior in high school, and attendance is very important as I plan to graduate) I have missed 3 days of school last week because of these migraines. I talked to my OB and she prescribed me Fioricet. Being the careful person I am, I made sure to do my research before taking it. I was VERY worried because it's a class C medication and some women said it causes birth defects and brain tumors. So it's just been sitting in my cabinet, unopened for the past 6 days. I am terrified to take it, because I don't want any chance of hurting my baby girl. If any woman has experienced migraines throughout pregnancy and has something that helps them, or has taken fioricet and their baby was fine, PLEASE give me advice!!! (Also, please no comments about my age, this is a post about migraines and medications) Thank you!☺
