Working with newborn

So, while I had thought at first I would take off from work for several weeks after baby is born and then work from home, I'm beginning to get nervous about it and would rather just take off a week or two. Our family runs a business and I am the only office person. My hours are flexible and I can work from home, but trying to hire someone will be nearly impossible. Does anyone else own thier own small business and plan on continuing work? I need some encouragement it can be done!
