Baby Registry

How do you decide which store to register. We have a Babies R Us close by and it's close to my husbands family but Buy Buy Baby is close to my side of the family. I've been in both stores and really don't see a difference. How do you decide which to register?! I've thought about doing both but that seems too confusing. What about you guys?!
