Is it a girl? I hope so!

So I have a 15 month old baby boy and currently pregnant with another. I keep comparing this pregnancy to my sons and everything is the complete opposite! With him I had no morning sickness and this time it is kicking my butt! Also with him all I wanted was pickled and spicy food now all I want is sweets and more sweets. I never broke out with acne and this time I have it horribly on my face and back. Could it be signes of a girl? I sure hope so!
