Boy friend or boyfriend

He treats me better than  his gf. If I'm upset with him he won't let me go to sleep mad or even leave his sight mad. He doesn't want me to stop talking to him. I like him a lot and I just want him for myself but he has a gf whom he rarely sees btw we are always together. He even calls me till I fall asleep. He broke up with her told me (knowing I have feelings) so I was so happy not for the breakup but that now he was single the he hits me up the next day saying they are back together. (But yet he doesn't want to let me go) what do I do?
