Missing period

Been TTC since my son was born last August. I needed clomid to get pregnant with him. I stopped bleeding 6 weeks after giving birth and I had a regular period until December. I've now skipped January. Took 3 tests. All negative. I'm never going to get pregnant again if I don't get my period!! And my doctor won't give me clomid again for a while. She said to try to get pregnant naturally. 😡😡😡😡😡
