Dog jumped on stomach. 34 weeks

I'm 34 weeks have a 105 pound dog and a fetal monitor baby is still moving like normal and I can hear her heart like normal but my dog is really big and I have a mark from her paw starting to form already if everything feels and sounds normal should I even call? It's late Friday so Id have to go to the hospital bc the office isn't open I just don't want to waist a trip but now I'm nervous just bc of what happened.
