Help, please!

I am a sophomore in college and I became friends with a group of foreign kids. Instantly I fell in love with a guy but things have always been difficult with us. He doesn't always treat me the best way that he should but I still stayed with him. One guy in particular became my best friend. I spent most of my time with those 2 guys. My best friend always had a girlfriend but they always fought and never really planned on staying together forever... But recently he started sleeping with one of my best friends from high school. I was so conflicted about telling her the truth about his gf because I didn't want to hurt him or her. I knew he cared about her and she liked him. But one day I finally told her the truth and now everyone hates me. She hates me because I didn't tell her sooner. He hates me because she told his gf about everything and made her break up with him... And the guy I fell in love with hates me too for "ruining his best friend's life." I just don't know what to do. Everyone is blaming me...
