Opinions for dog !!

Hey guys !

Ok I have a bit of a dilema.. I have a 9 year old pom that my husband and I have had for 5 years our lives are changing so much and we hardly have any time for her at all.. I work about 60 hours a week and my husband works about 80, so my question is do you all think I should give her away to someone with more time on their hands (such as my grandma) or do you think I should keep her even though she's home alone about 12 to 13 hours per day ? Honest opions please..
