Curious if anyone has experience

Ok so my last period was at the end of December. It was downy than normal in that it was heavy for 7 days and I was neauseated for the whole week, to the point of actually waking up two mornings having to run to the bathroom.

Then the week I ovulated, I was spotting. Usually it was light and pink in color, but one day of the 5 that I was bleeding it was red with clots.

Now, I'm 8 days late for this month's period with no regular symptoms that she's coming other than really light pink spotting only when I wipe. All hcg tests negative so far.

I was just wondering if anyone has experienced something similar and what was the cause/outcome. This is a first for me.

I'm 32, ttc #1 for 10 years. My cycle is usually 29-33 days. I've got PCOS and hypothyroidism, and a gluten sensitivity. I'm just confused about what's going on with me right now.
