Friends with a Racist?

Before I ask my questions 
I want to say these are 
geniue and nonjudgemental questions. So, if I offend you 
it was not my intention.

Question 1: Have or are you friends with a racist person?

Question 2: Is that friend racist against your race?

Question 3: If yes for question two does that mean your friend is still racist or choosing to be racist?

I worded the questions like this so you guys can try to understand what i am asking because I even almost confused my self.

I've been friends with lots of undercover racist, but eventually they showed there true colors. Thing is I thing they were more just ignorant, they really didn't believe they were wrong. It's safe to say I let go of those friendships.

I've had people in my life, both friends and family, that have had subconscious racial biases. I've had people that were more consciously racist, but quiet about it with the exception of heavy uses of micro aggressions. There were biases against all manner of POC, but the most damaging ones (for me specifically) were the ones with biases against black folks, and yes, some of them were black themselves. 
In the more subtle cases, I've tried the education route, and how they responded determined whether or not they were permitted to stay in my life. The more overt cases were called out and dropped like lead bricks. This is largely the reason why I no longer associate with my mother's family.

I have friends that are really racist and homophobic. They've learned to keep their views to themselves, at least when they're around me.

I had a high school friend who turned out to be a horrible racist. It never came up until she met some of my black friends and flipped out. At first u tried to reason with her and just asked for her to be respectful but then I cut her out of my life. I'm now in an amazing relationship with someone who is black and I'm glad stupid people like her didn't have any pull over me. She wasn't racist again Asians, just Mexicans and African Americans. -__-

Yes my best friend is very racist. She hates Hispanic people. My boyfriend is Mexican and my baby is half Mexican. It does get awkward when she says something racist but I just ignore it.

One of my friends is racist against black people. She's not overtly racist but she throws around some disturbing comments every now and again. She's half Hispanic and half white and throughout her high school years she dated only back guys. I think this contributes to her racism a lot because most of those guys she dated ended up mentally, physically, and sexually abusing her. In my opinion I don't think an entire group of people should be judged on the actions of a couple idiots but that's just me. She used to be my best friend but since getting married her and her husband have become quite conservative while my husband and I remain very liberal. Needless to say, we are now simply just friends and we almost never talk about social issues because her racism makes me very uncomfortable.
