Should I have sex

Okay so my boyfriend and I have been together officially for 3 months but we have known each other longer. He's 15 and I'm turning 15 soon. I want to have sex with him and he wants to too. But I just don't know if it's a good idea. I come from a Christian background and he is atheist so this is a big deal for me. He has condoms if we were to do it and I understand that sex won't make him like me more or anything like that. I just wanna do it because I love him and I want to do it with him.
