Horrible sex life

I have been with my boyfriend for two years and we live together. He is 17 and I am 17 in June. Please do not judge on this as you do not know the circumstances. The sex life started out good, but now he only has sex with me once or twice every two weeks and NEVER tries to please me (oral, fingering or anything) even though he knows that's what I fantasise about the most. He mostly just wanks to porn and I try really hard to turn him on but then he'll just watch porn instead. He says it's just because he's too lazy. If I am lucky he will wank while I help him get off. It has literally been months since he's eaten me out, just because once he did it for an hour and I didn't cum so he says it's impossible now and there's no point trying. He wasn't very good when he did it for that long and every other time has been no more than 15 minutes (usually 2-4 minutes).
