Husband not very involved

My husband has been wanting kids ever since we started dating 10 years ago. I expected when I got pregnant he would be wanting to feel every kick, talk to the baby, learn as much as he could about the baby. I've bought him daddy books as presents and he pretty much tells me he won't read them. I try to talk to him about taking a childbirth and infant care class, he has no interest says it's a waste. I tell him I can feel her kicking a bunch and he shows no interest in feeling her. He's maybe felt her kick 3-4 times total when she's been kicking strong enough to feel it for 7 weeks now. Anyone else going through this? I'm not going to lie, its been terribly disappointing to be the only one truly interested and actively involved in this pregnancy. I want him to be more involved and I really have no doubt when she is here he will be, but it's starting to irritate the heck out of me that he's being so distant/uninvolved in this pregnancy.
