Pelvic pains!

I'm 6w3d and I'm lying on the couch in so much pain. I'm having sharp cramping in my left pelvic area. Normal? Should I worry? This is my first pregnancy and it seems like I feel something different everyday and I have to double check myself and make sure it's a normal pregnancy thing!
