Restrictions?

What are some restrictions that are common knowledge for pregnant women? Do not mention kitty litter because I already know that one. So far I've had the mentality that if I question it, I don't do it.

Can I go into a hot tub for 5 mins? I'm visiting my parents who just got one. I'm 5w6 and not ready to tell them yet.. Have a non drinking plan but don't want to draw too much attention.. Hoping a quick dip will satisfy them without hurting baby?

Hot tubs (and hot baths), oil based paints, lifting more than 20 lbs, being around someone with fifth disease or chicken pox, no ibuprofen or aspirin, no laying on your back for extended time after 4 months

Sushi, unpasteurized juice, cold lunch meat, soft cheeses (unpasteurized), caffeine, alcohol (of course), fish with high mercury contents.
