Sensitive skin postpartum

Since delivery, which was a c section, I have had the most sensitive skin on my stomach. It even hurts to touch sometimes. I had and still have the PUPPP rash, but this seems different. Any other ladies experience this? Just wondering if it is related to pregnancy/delivery. I also had a 10lb7oz baby boy, so it makes me wonder if the skin was stretched so much and now it is loose that it just hurts from that. Any thoughts are helpful! 😊
