Help! What is this?

This is on my left breast. It is not a pimple. I noticed it about a month ago and it started to go away and now it's coming back it's a little bigger and way darker. It doesn't hurt or itch but I'm afraid it's a sign of breast cancer?!?! Please someone tell me they have seen this before...

Have you changed detergents or using any new products that could cause irritation? I would get in checked

Breast cancer doesn't look like that. It could be a pimple without a white head, your bra could've caused some irritation if not properly washed or it's too small, could be an abcess, mole, skin tag. Many things

It could be an abscess. I had one on my leg once and it looked kinda similar, go get t checked ASAP.
