So, I'm lesbian and my wife and I are trying to conceive. We had our doctor appt today for my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> and it went smoothly, I believe. This is both of our first child and I have no idea what signs to look for. Obviously, we aren't even 24 hours into this journey but I'm just curious what early signs to look for pregnancy what's the possible soonest?
