It's never the issue with the younger one it's the question about wtf does the older one want with a younger person? If your like 21+ dating a high schooler what's there to do with them other than just hang out. If your 18 that's that's whatever you're an adult but 17 and younger just beats me

It is considered legal as long as there's no larger than a 5 year age gap. People are hesitant about this and would consider any sexual activities statutory rape but the legal age of consenting to sex is 16 in Canada although someone overage dating someone 16 would also be very frowned upon.
