dont know where to go so i came here

im 16 years old and recently my mom and dad got back together which ive wanted for years. The other day my mom choked me out and slammed my head against a wall. i still have choking marks and a gash in my forehead and i have a broken nose and a concussion . my dad saw it all and flipped out on my mom. i recently found out after that , that shes using heroin again and i dont know what to do. my dad told me thats why he came back was to help her get off... idk what to do
