Worried (tmi)

So I went and seen my doctor on Jan 14 and she put me on loestrin birth control for my endometriosis, it's been a little over three weeks now and im on the week that I don't take a pill and I have huge blood clots and I have been spotting almost the entire three weeks I've been taking them, I'm still in severe pain, do I call my doctor and tell her or do I wait out the next two months until I see her and tell her then??? I'm really worried the blood clots are about the size of a quarter.
