Teen Pregnancy

I might be pregnant with my boyfriend of four months child im panicking and i dont know what to do. I'm on birth control but im over a week late and my friend is taking me to getting to get the stick in 2 days but none of my friends are going through this and my parents are strict so they will make me break up with him or they will kick me out and i dont know what to do help me please.
