I think I'm having a miscarriage

This morning I started to bleed like a period I was supposed to be 5 weeks pregnant and I don't know what to do.... In April I had an ectopic pregnancy and now I'm bleeding :/ I called the doctor and he said I should go to the er if I had pain but I've been passing clots just with a mild pain any help ? Should I go or should I stay home and see what happens
