I've heard of that before, but I am not sure how it works. On a side note, I took evening primrose for like a week because I was told it would help with skin, hair, and nails, along with a few other benefits. Let me just say, never ever assume because something is natural that you should take it without consulting a doctor. Oh my lord, I turned into a hormonal psycho! I won't go into details, but it made me a total bitch. Apparently if your hormone level are normal it can really screw you up.
