FTM sick baby question

My 7 month old has had a running nose/ congestion for a week now. No fever or extra fussiness besides when I wipe her nose. She's still sleeping through the night but being FTM I'm not sure what to do. Its her first time being sick. Do I take her to the Dr or do I just monitor her and ride it out? Help! TIA
