Pregnancy glow when is it supposed to kick in?

I'm almost twenty weeks and I haven't gotten a glow just lots of acne and even in places I have never had it before like on my back And it's coming thru my topical antibiotics 😡.

What do I do?

I never noticed my glow before but others would tell me I was glowing. Also acne I still have it from pregnancy when u figure out how to get rid of it id love to know congrats on ur pregnancy tho

I'm 19+2 with third baby and not glowing I never did in my last 2 pregnancies either, my hair gets so greasy really easy and my skin is just oily and spotty. Until I glow I won't believe such a thing exists
